Nik-Hut Grille, founded in 2024 by Khurram Ahmed Siddiqui – Owner & the CEO and his wife, Sonia Khurram, as a team to express their love for Mediterranean food, the name is more than just a dining experience—it’s a heartfelt tribute to the founder’s mother, father, family, and cherished traditions.

The name Nik-Hut holds a deep and personal meaning. Inspired by the founder’s beloved mother name, Nighat, it honors her unconditional love and the values she instilled in those around her. This name reflects a commitment to creating a warm and welcoming space where everyone feels at home—just as we always did in her presence.
